We have a great meeting planned for July 18th! Spencer Ritchie with Watkins & Eager will give a presentation on Social Media.  Employees of all ages are increasingly participating in social media, whether it be Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Social media can affect nearly every aspect of the employment relationship, such as hiring, employee misconduct, investigations, and protecting your company's reputation and confidential information. Employers should be aware of the ways in which their conduct in this area could make them vulnerable to claims under a variety of state and federal laws.
