    Membership Types

    Individual Membership

    Each individual member shall pay the sum of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per year as dues for membership.  For active national SHRM members, local DHRMA dues are waived.  Dues are payable on January 1 of each year.  Members approved after July 1 of each year shall pay one-half the annual sum specified.  Dues shall be delinquent on or after February 1 of each year.  Any special assessment must be voted by the majority of the membership.

     

    The cost of meals is not included in the fee.

    Chapter use of membership proceeds

    • Sponsor an annual $500 scholarship to “Sons and Daughters of DHRMA”
    • Make annual donations to the SHRM Foundation. 
    • Defray cost of internet site.
    • Defray cost of annual travel to Leadership Conference.
    • Produce an Annual HR Seminar.
    • Host an annual holiday party for DHRMA members and one guest.
